Return Policy

Srashost Return Policy :

Our Returns Policy:  Your order(product)  is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within (2) working days of receipt, with a detailed description and photographs, in  evidence to your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange. To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original UN-tampered packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, giveaways, personalized gift items, packing materials, excess ordered quantity, paper or digital storage, personal care products, consumables, cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
At our discretion: we will either reship the item or replace/exchange it with another of equal or of greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 10 working days. Due to the perishable nature of some our products (chocolate, sweets, flowers…), all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Most health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Srashost reserves the right to limit replacements.
There are certain situations where replacements or exchange are not granted:
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Electronic items that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacements or exchange.
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@srashost.com and send your item to our warehouse, shipping at your cost and liability.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift exchange credit for the equivalent value of your return/exchange (excluding shipping and packing cost) . Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an exchange to the gift giver and they will find out about your return/exchange.

  • To return/exchange your product, you should ship your product to our warehouse in Mumbai. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the item value. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds are not offered.
 
Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of some our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Srashost cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (due to / or that you may have updated / or revised through any customization options with our carrier). We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide (Billing Address). Please include all particulars including, a street address, and company name, building name, shop, villa, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery. We do not deliver to post box or office addresses. Srashost will not be responsible for any/all failed deliveries when: 1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address, 2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or 3. You do not provide a updated current /corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or repacking/relabeling for the carrier.
